Wiring a tipm to alternator

I have a 2014 dodge journey cross road 3.6 the
battery light and Battery saver mode came on
changed the battery and alternator the wife drive the
vehicle the battery light check engine light and
battery saver mode came on. It shut down and
wouldn’t start back up got it towed to a shop they got
it to charge the battery and 4 days latter the same
problem happened. Half the fuses weren’t in
completely which took care of the check engine light.
Don’t understand how it would charge the battery up
and 4 days latter not charge it, I was wondering if
anyone would be able to tell me what colour of the
tipm I can put a wire to the alternator to act as a
bypass Thank you
