I am wondering if there is an LED light out there to replace the HID bulbs or a
brighter HID bulb than the stock one?

What about the people that have to deal with your glaring headlights blasting out their eyeballs ? Maybe if you can't see normally you shouldn't be driving .
If your using HID’s and you still can’t see then they maybe out of adjustment. True HID lamps are very bright. You will need to rewire the headlights to use LEDs as HID uses ballasts for the bulbs, and that could trigger a lamp out light on the dash.

Just replace the HID bulbs, they should be replaced every 6 years. They go dim over time. retrofit source.com has what you need.
