Fuse locations are all listed in your owner's manual. I'm not sure that the low beams have their own separate fuse, but they might. Is it possible that both low beam bulbs are burned out? I've had both headlights fail (burn out) within days of each other on a couple of occasions. If you can't find a bad fuse, I'd try changing a light bulb.
High beams work an running lights work also
