how can i disarm my 2016 Town country van. It starts up and run good but there the componets in my Instrument cluster does not work. No speed, temperature, idle gauge, gas gauge. don"t work.

The alarm system is on. The Instrument Cluster components are not working.
No speed, gas gauge, idle gauge, temperature, The wind shield washer won't
stop working. The van starts and run good. every now and then you hear a
funny noise. There a RED DOT just above the steering column. Its not making
an alarming noise.
