accessories won't turn off on 2016 Subaru Outback

Asked by Guru997G1F Oct 21, 2020 at 02:40 PM about the 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

when the engine is off and the key out of the ignition, the accessories remain
on draining the battery.  Before I could run the care for 20 minutes and that
would fix the issue, but not anymore.  anyone have any ideas? I feel I have the
latest software update as I had it updated in July 2020.

Thanks Diane

I suppose it could be the ignition switch, software or a stuck relay. I think this is a issue that a Subaru dealer will have to address.
