I'm dealing with a prospective buyer and I don't know how to advise them on their next steps in the buying process.

In Canada because I'm not sure where you're from. You get a used buyer's package. And it takes you step-by-step and gives you the history of the vehicle. I'm not sure if that helps?

No one will call you. What is the issue? Car buying is simple. They pay you and you give them the car, signed title and a bill of sale.
