Wanted/needed, blinker noise

I'm getting older, my blinker doesn't make any noise and I have found that I've
sometimes been driving with my blinker on. is there a replacement blinker that
emits a noise so I can hear it?

No, it isn'! Fifteen years ago I wired blinker supports in my Miata, as the lowered steering wheel masked the directional arrows. I put one yellow light bulb under the dash on the left side, and a simple piezo sound prompt on the right, so I could know which position to flip the lever to return to neutral. Yellow knee? Move lever down; beeps? move lever up. Works great, especially at 80mnph, and costs nothing but some time. On the Subaru I don't recall anymore where the directional wires emanate from the blinker module, but you can interrupt the wire anywhere between the blinker and the bulb(s). Have
