Not shifting quite right
I recently put a cold air intake & a cat/back exhaust on my 2016 Ram 1500.
Now it doesn't "quite" want to shift correctly. Can I reset the CPU to make it
better or do I have to go after market?

you can disconnect the battery negative cable for 20 minutes to reset the vehicle to the default settings, to see if that helps before you spend more money.

I'll give it a shot, thanx! If that doesn't fix it, any suggestions?
