I have a 1965 beetle and replaced the master cylinder [signal ], wheel cylinders and adjusted brakes but we barely have any peddle. Please help any

Need to bleed the breaks, Also did you bench bleed the master cylinder? before putting it on?
Yes we bled the brake about a quart of fluid. Bench bled the master and vacuum bled them. We also bought this car like this. You can drive the car and it has some brakes but you still can push them to the floor. I was hoping that someone had a brake diagram maybe there is something missing in the system that we don't know about.
I don't know beetles, but know breaks. Gotta get them shoes adjusted up to the drums for a higher break pedal. Check u-tube?
