Paint down to metal on most sun exposed spots but can't afford a full paint job

2005 Accord- can i get it touched up for a decent price somewhere?

Unfortunately doing touch ups won't work, the touch ups will stand out like a sore thumb because they won't blend in properly with the existing paint, if the bad spots are on one panel you can have that panel resprayed, but if it's over the whole car the only recourse is to respray the car.
