Make sure the battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. If relay in fuse box, under the dash, is clicking, sometimes you can put your hand on the relay and feel the vibration then hopefully the fuse box cover has a legend on it that tells you what the relay controls, then you can check the relay circuits, On another note, your security system seems to be a starter motor disable, 3.0--4.0L engine. Generally, for testing, you can bypass by jumping the starter relay, to see if starter motor will crank the engine. Any testing make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.

bbbind.com has free wiring diagrams, if that is what your asking? Also, some local libraries carry automotive databases, if you live in an area they serve, you can access one of their databases online for free. I'm not saying it's the best, better than nothing. I know Mitchel and alldata, you can pay a small yearly subscription fee, and access their data for one vehicle. A lot of shops use one of these databases. Repair--wiring diagrams, whatever.
