Sorry about that I meant owners manual.
either a small handle on the top of the seats, or in your trunk there will be levers on the top

my guess would be to check the trunk
I have a 2012 Honda Civic. I searched google because I didn't want to spend 2 minutes searching the owner's manual. There is a black release handle in the upper left of the trunk that you can see clearly as soon as you open the trunk. It has a seat lowering symbol on it. Cheers.
