2016 toyota corolla le has 120000 miles. Types of repairs that typically
necessary at this mileage?

Like any other vehicle at 120K. Suspension, alternator, water pump, etc.

Thank you for taking the time respond. I appreciate it. I was also wondering if anyone knew of any known problems this particular year may have had. Then again there's probably not too many 2016's with 120k miles on it.

Factor how many miles you drive each year, the loan term and add that to 120,000 miles. If it is near or over 200,000 you really should buy a lower mile car. If you have a 5 year loan and drive 5,000 miles a year this car is a pretty safe bet. Not so if you drive 20,000 miles a year.
