I HAVE A 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA AND MY LIGHT JUST CAME ON IT
LOOKS LIKE AN EXCLAMATION MARK. NOT SURE WHAT THAT MEANS

There are many symbols on a 2016 Toyota Corolla that have an exclamation mark. I advise you checkout Toyota's website to make sure, but I believe I know which one you mean. If you are asking about the one in a circle with 2 brackets around it, that would be the "Brake System Warning Light." If that's the case, DON'T DRIVE YOUR CAR! Your brakes may have low brake fluid or a malfunction of some sort. Call someone immediately and consult a local Toyota dealer. Driving would be dangerous and possibly life-threatening.
