thats whats recommended by Toyota, they use 0-20 synthetic if you dont drive a lot change it every ~9 months you may change your oil sooner if it makes you feel better :)

No. The oil filter can't last no more than about 6000 miles. Its a cartridge filter. It's not a standard filter. I wouldn't do no more than 5 k on full synthetic

I'd stick with what Toyota recommends, unless you do severe driving then I'd follow Toyotas recommendation for the severe cycle
