Bad wobble/death wobble with picture(advice needed)

We took the 05 Honda Element off roading and are
now coming into some serious issues with it
wobbling. It goes away on long curves but any
strait away over 45 and it shakes like crazy. I think I
see at least part of the problem from under the
hood... The bolt to the top of the strut? is crooked
and clicks in and out when I shake the car back
and forth

It looks like the rubber bushing is shot. I would inspect the entire front suspension for wear and damage.

As you learned an Element is not an off roading vehicle. Like FOR said, a bad Strut mount and maybe more damage. Replace the struts in pairs.
