i just bought this 2004 honda accord, and the stereo just displays code, and wont turn on, whats wrong?

Sounds like they lost battery power at some point before you bought it, and the radio went into anti-theft mode. You'll need to take the VIN and proof of ownership (registration, etc.) to a Honda dealer and they can give you the correct code to put in, which should fix your radio.
