car ran out of gas entirely. started at least half dozen times on E
then fueled car and still wont turn over.
is replacing the #10 amp fuse a solution?

I am assuming this number ten fuse is the stater/ecm fuse,then yes if it is blowed,if not blowed there is some other problem.
