Accord LX 2004 Motor stop running while driving

Accord 2004 motor stop running while driving. I  
Notice the FI main relay was flickering.   Replace
the FI main and IG coil relay and still have the
problem. No more flickering  but it won't start.

Now when I'm cranking the motor the check engine
light is lit at all times. But when I leave the ignition
switch in the on position, the check engine light lit  
for a few seconds and then turn off.

Did you check if the timing belt jumped or broke?!
