Engine sputtering and vibrating

Just got the truck back from the dealer a week
ago. It was there for 3 weeks (customer service
another issue), for hard knock and no acceleration.
It only has 50k miles, 2016. They replaced cam
and all lifters. Now it vibrates the whole truck
during steady highway speed, lost acceleration,
and poor mpg. Taking it back to dealer but would
love some insight. Thank you!

There's a good chance the cam timing is off, there's not that many miles on it but you might start thinking of a tune up. Take care
