Then your radio doesn't work. I would either go to a good auto sound shop or the dealer, and go from there.

Another thought I had was check to see if the antenna is plugged into the radio back.

is it the stock head unit or an aftermarket one?

Under the glove box is a fuse panel Pull fuse 79 third row from left third up from bottom. Wait 5 mins and replace. I did it and all worked.
