Hyundai Sonata 2016 clock not working

Help! The dealership just keeps saying they have a satellite out and they are
fixing it.  That's been for 2 months now.

Thanks, I pulled the SD card out, waited 3 minutes and inserted the SD card back in. The clock still does not work. When you say reset the system what does that mean I should do?
