Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 94 Honda civic recently I ran it low on gas.
Now I will be driving while I'm driving it will stall
out and either die or it's like it catches the gas and
will continue to run.

It is possible that you have damaged your fuel pump. low fuel doesn't provide enough cooling for the pump. However, if I were you I would try a new fuel filter. if that doesn't work, have the fuel pressure tested, this will give you proof of the viability of your pump.
I would try fuel injection cleaner cause it sounds like you picked up dirt or rust from the bottom of your tank and sometimes it'll take a little bit for it to work is way through and if that still don't help try changing the fuel filter.

At its age the strainer bag around the fuel pump may have dried up due to low fuel level and fell apart and sucked into the pump and same as said above the pump is clogging up.
