From what I can make sense of in your question, maybe not suspension but CV joints. Look at them, and with car off try to wiggle them with your hands. They should not move. CV (Constant Velocity) joints are on the drive axle, to allow the shaft to bend during a turn, and have a rubber boot around them, come out of transaxle and go to front wheel hub
i checked the c.v joint and grabbed the bar on each side with my hands and they didnt move.... the car has 195 size tires on it instead of 175.. could it be to much stress on the struts or even tie rods????
Your sub frame bushing can be corroded causing metal to hit metal making that clunking sound... Happened to me. If you get the bushings changed be sure to get the car realigned
thank you cuz i just went outside started it and turned the wheels all the way each way and it clunks about 70 to 80 percent through the tire turning but its only bad and clunks hard when i hit drain caps , pot hole ect or slow down for a corner and get back up to speed, but thank u for anything is helpfull effinently new to hondas
