Oil in ac compressor?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently replaced the ac compressor on my Honda
Civic and assumed that it was pre filled with oil
becuse it had black caps over the holes where the
hoses attach. I ordered it from advanced auto and
they said they can’t tell me if there oil in it already
and I just don’t know how to tell if it is already filled.
The part number is DW77560, it didn’t come with a
manual or anything so idk if I should fill it out not.

I have not replaced the dryer or expansion valve yet. Should I have flushed out the system with the old compressor on or is it still fine to do this the new one installed

Ok, thanks for clearing it up for me. I’m assuming you ment add the required oil to the compressor becuse I do not plan on replacing or removing the condenser
