Need assistance please help

I have a 2002 honda civic coupe 1.7 liter it's over
heating after about 30 min or depending on how
much I accelerate it's leaking coolant out the over
flow when I accelerate what could be the cause of
this I replaced the thermostat not too long ago
also

Head gasket is possibly gone.
