2003 honda civic

my 2003 honda civic  ac not working. i have replaced ac relay, ac fuse which is still good.   
if i hook it up straight to battery it works fine. what could be wrong here?

thank u i will check high pressure switch and check ac systems pressure. low pressure switch has been replaced. thank u richard
