185/65/14 tires instead of 185/65/15

Is it ok to use 185/65/14 tires instead of recommended 185/65/15 for honda civic 2003 LX
as i bought them wrong now not able to sell. Thanks

You can't interchange the tires because they're for different rim sizes.

thanks all for comments but i have 14" rim with them they are winter tires,,,so not sure if able to use them for winter season only

If you change the rim size you have to change the tire size so that the overall dimension of the tire remains the same. Assuming 15" are OEM going to a 14" you would have to increase the tire height. If you run smaller tires your speedometer will be off and shift points will be changed. You will in all likely hood lose fuel economy as you are running on smaller tires not optimized for your car.
