03 Honda civic water leak

I few months ago my car started getting a wet floor on the passenger side  
but not directly under the dash. (mainly where a passengers feet would be
but it is to the point now where I am soaking it up with a towel and getting to
where I need to be only to find that when I lift the towel the water has
regenerated) I am also having a problem getting my car to heat up. I could
turn my car on and turn the heat all the way up and come back out 30
minutes later to fine the car is still blowing out cold air. Once I actually get
driving the heat has no problems unless I slow down or stop at a red light in
which it starts blowing out cold air again. I had no problem getting the AC to
function properly this summer (I vaguely remember it not being completely
freezing air)  but there was also no water on  the floor. I was wondering if
these issues correlate somehow and if so is this an easy fix?
