Is there a setting for music so it will continue to play once until the keys are removed from the ignition and stop playing when the driver's side door is opened?

I recently purchased a 2015 Rogue S. One of the first features I noticed
while driving it was: that after I turned the car off, the music would continue
to play until I open the driver's side door. I took the car to the dealership to
be cleaned, and when I got the car back, I noticed that now, as soon as the
key is removed from the ignition, the music stops playing. (This was not
happening before, so I am convinced that one of the employees changes a
setting with the audio.) Is there a way to fix this? (I've already tried the
Factory Reset button and checked all of the other menu options wit no
success.)
