My stereo/CD changer will not work after I've changed the battery. I get an Err message. It says C

look in fuse box,find ECM fuse pull out for a minute or two,replace and try,if this dose not work take to raido shop they will know what to do.

You'll need to take your VIN number and proof of ownership (registration card, etc.) to a Honda dealer, who will be able to give you the anti-theft code to your radio. The radio locks out when it loses electrical power from the battery because it is assumed that it is being stolen, and this way the person stealing it can't use it without the code.

The CODE came with your car on a small "credit card" looking piece of paper. It is the security code (5 digits) you need to enter with the CD number (1-6) buttons. This code was developed to let thieves know that if they steal your radio / CD it will be useless unless they can input the CODE. The anti theft light always blinks so that is a normal condition.

It's a five digit code that may be inside your glove box(a sticker) or if you have the 2002 Warranty Information booklet, there may be an Anti-Theft Radio Identification Card with a 5 digit code number, and a Serial number underneath it. It's the size of a credit card which was stapled to the inside of my booklet.

Look in your glove box and the number above the longer number with letters is the code. Punch it in and if it's your cars factory radio it will turn it back on.

I have been having this same problem for days and finally after watching 20 you tube videos , Honda Tech was on line...you hold the 1 and 6 on your present stations at same time for 10 sec.take other hand while still holding 1and 6 and push power button and the radio display will show you 2 diff.4 digit numbers go online to drive hond direct and tell them the 8 digt number you just got your vin# and your phone number and zip code and within 5 sec gave me at digit number you turn key on ass position the clock will blink from there put in the 5 digit number. again using pre set channel numbers and Bam it will beep and Bam there is tunes

If it don't like me get aggravated and quit right away cause it took me 5 trys cause if you get 4 Err.codes it will lock up radio but don't freak out undo battery for it said 15 min. but I did for 30 min. And it resets. Everybody told me you had to prove ownership but I just got this used a month ago ..and they never asked a thing and if that doesn't work work you call the 1 800 number on site and a friendly tech will wall through step by step

About the CD question don't wanna sound like I'm being a wise one ( smart ass ) but if it is a stock radio ...then all of em I seen has a load button on it you hit once at a time it will show you a red light then it will will blink green and that tells you to insert next CD till you have reached 6 and at very top it will show you all 6 slots so you can know which one you want to listen to

Cd got stuck in there and will not come out is there anything else I could try don’t want to have to spend money.
