when i turn the knob on the dashboard for the fan to "off" air still keep on blowing thru the
vents - the fan wont shut off - needs help (2002 honda civix ex)

If the air flow thru the vents occurs only when driving, just press the "recycle" button and it will block the outside fresh air to come inside the car, but if the vents are blowing when you have the car parked, replace the fan switch assembly.
