Rough idle, trouble starting after running, stalling, loss of power

Started with the delayed turnover but had sufficient
ignition. What should be done?

So Isuzu wasn't an option. She's a 04 rodeo 3.2. Timing has been done last week, haven't replaced the fuel pump yet. Initially had trouble starting after have being run for more then 5 minutes, or in warmer weather. So I started getting things check. Battery is good, alternator is good, starter is almost new. Messed with the fuel pressure regulator to attempt to replace it but my model has a housing bracket for some reason. Haven't been able to get it off to replace the FPR.
