Check engine light is on

My keypad does not work , all the passenger Windows don't work, when I
start the car the miles go back to zero, the clock doesn't work, can't close
sunroof or driver window when I turn off the car usually you have about 10
mins to do that once you turn the car off, can't lock the car from  the inside if
the car is not on,  the headlight turn off right when you turn off the car, I think
they used to stay on for a few mins. I got the fuse fixed and everything
worked for a day.

[ossibly a bad short in the system, (blowing the fuse) or it may have been a power surge that messed up your computer and it needs to be reflashed

Sorry, I haven't got a clue. Prices always vary by location, but most dealers or shops will charge hourly rates between $65 and $90 per hour or a flat rate for certain diagnostics. Usually if they charge a diagnostic charge, if you have them do the actual repair, the diagnostic charge will be credited to the repair charge.
