It may be that the injectors are getting a little dirty, should run some fuel injection cleaner there a few tanks of gas.

Also you can spray the throttle body with cleaner as well by removing the hose on it while running and holding the accelerator by hand while spraying so it doesn't stall out. I would add a can of SeaFoam to a full tank of fuel. If you still have problems, it could also be that the accelerator cable may need adjusting due to stretching from age, mileage, and constant heating and cooling from high temps in the engine compartment.
