Visit your local Chevrolet Dealer with the vehicle identification number and proof of ownership or proof of power of attorney. They can make you new keys but the new keys may not start the vehicle because of the security system. Hope that helps! Jim

Repo Days, If it is Truly a Family Members Truck & you can prove it tear apart under the searing wheel & pound out factory break away bolts & back them put & ypu can pull lock assembly down & just use a flat head screwdriver to start truck. be sure to keep paperwork in truck so you can show whoever may need to look @ it, then get new keys made for Ignition & doors & sell it if you want or Transfer title into you're name, but not telling you how to go seal a Truck make sure with Paperwork you can Prove Y you.'re doing what you're doing

The days of ripping out the ignition lock cylinder and starting the vehicle with a screwdriver are long gone! Modern vehicles have security systems that will shut down the vehicle if you attempt to do this! A lot has changed since the 70s! Jim
