I changed out the fuel pump and it still won't
start. It fires up but only for a second.

May still have fuel issues. Will it fire up with some starting fluid or gas down the throttle body?

Check your fuel tank for something in it.;If you didnt clean the tank out you should have. sorry to say you better buy another pump too.

if it fires up for just 1 microsecond, then doesn't run, I would guess it is a security software issue. Disconnect battery, let it sit for 5 minutes, then reconnect it.
