My 2001 Honda Civic EX is making a strange noise. I think I found the source, but am unsure the part. Help?

So when I turn my car on there is a soft metalish sound, it varies when the A/C
is turned on/off. I drained the oil and found no metal fragments or flakes, so I
can at least assume that it isn't the transmission or piston. I took a video
before I drained the oil and filmed the part I believe that was making the noise.

It could be the clutch on the AC compressor rattling
