Engine swap 24 valve to 12 valve...

Hello I'm swapping a 2001 24 valve duratec into a
2000 ohv car and was wondering if I keep the PCM
with the car will I have any issues with starting it?
Will I have to swap PATS modules as well? They
both have PATS. Any help is greatly appreciated

WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE A DUAL OVER HEAD CAM ENGINE TO A SINGLE OVER HEAD ENGINE. YOU MAY HAVE TO CHANGE A WHOLE COMPUTER SYSTEM TO READ THE ENGINE.

Because that's what I have available...I have both cars and their complete...the engine is bad in the ohv carvand the dohc car was t-boned in an accident.
