Coolant system

This Ford Taurus is leaking coolant from bottom of
car and reservoir temperature gauge reads normal
it's not overheating makes loud whining noise
coming from serpentine belt when I accelerate what
could be the problem?

i have a 2014 and it is doing the same thing yours is and i called a shop to price the labor on changing the water pump and labor alone is 1200.00 not including parts because the whole engine has to come out to fix the water pump. i put some tablets in it for now and it seems to be holding but im scared to travel far in the car.
