Ford taurus 2001 fans wont cut on

I have changed everything to make the fans
come on car is running hot and the fans still
wont come on the only thing i can think of is
the brain box where is this located or can
you tell me why the fans arent coming on

Check them by turning the AC on this powers them on see if they function with AC ON.. if not time for the mulitimeter begin at the fan connectors check for power work UP stream to the power distribution box (underhood) and Relays.TEST the fans unplug and apply 12 volts DC directly! Use a power-probe if you have it.

check fan relays should have to relay one works with AC one with temperature run the engine find temperature sensor and unplug the wire the fans should work if work means that sensor is bad make sure to unplug temp sensor not the gauge sensor if not working means relays that fords has black square box has 6 relays in it that box need to be change
