Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello guys, I had my car at a local car repair shop
and one of the mechanics was working on my fuel
system. While the mechanic was under the
hood,he had me cranking the car at his demand. In
the process the engine caught on fire. Literally
flames coming from top to bottom of the engine.
All was not damaged but my question is what are
my options to get this problem fixed legally if need
be.I did not have full coverage and the fire
dept.was called and the incident was
documented. The mechanic promises to repair the
damage. But I can't wait forever. Thanks.
