Driver's side windows work, passenger and rear windows don't work?

Is your lock out button or switch on ? If this is on will not let any windows go up or down except for the drivers side. Switch or button should say lock out or as on my vehicle a button that has a picture of a window on it with an x going through it and directional arrows showing window going up or down. This button or switch should be by your window switches.
