There are a few common suspension problems with that year accord. The first is sway bar links-they develop play in the pivot points. The second is ball joints-they also develop play The third is sway bar bushings. I would start by having the suspension checked out. I would suspect the sway bar links.

Check your engine mounts usually the lower brace bar mounting (the one that goes from the gearbox backwards to the subframe) bushes are probably torn or worn out.
Axles are also common. If you turn the steering wheel allthe way and brake torque it you should here the noise. try the wheel both ways. Good luck
