2000 Honda accord ruff low idle flashing Check
engine light if I rev motor over 2000 rpm the light
stops flashing and turns off any suggestions on

May need a tune-up. The throttle body should be cleaned and the idle air control sensor & port.
Find the code. Could even be sparkplug or an injector. Also what Rowefast said.
If it is the V6, it may need the intake manifold removed and the port from the EGR valve cleaned out, drilled oversized and a tube put inside it. It is a very common problem on the V6's that a lot of people do not know about, but it does cause a lot of performance issues. You can purchase the overhaul kit on line or right from Honda but the online prices are deff much better.
