1999 Honda Accord, has a half of tank of gas in it but it will not start and sounds like a car that has no gas in it, it turns over and battery is working fine

My honda will not start, it sounds like its out of gas but has a half of tank of
gas in it, I fueled both of my cars at the same gas station and both cars did
the same thing, they wouldn't start . But my other car is a 1999 Jetta and I
don't drive that car as much as the honda so I only gased up twice at this
gas station were as the honda I gased up every week for the last 6 to 8
weeks and I cannot get the honda started but the Jetta , I added new fuel
and fuel cleaner and fuel injection cleaner and it did start. Help with the
Honda
