My 1990 honda accord has fire to it and gas to injectors but will not start

I have a 1990 honda accord that i just replaced started on because it went out but when I went to start it  still wouldnt start. It cranks and has fire to plugs and gas is going to fuel injector but still will not start. Any ideas or other things to check I also pour little gas down the plug holes when I took one out and put it back in and see if that would work and it still would fire.any ideas please let me know

If I understand what you are trying to say, you changed the starter because it burned out? You did NOT touch anything else on the car? If that is the case, and you have spark at the plugs and fuel to the cylinders, and the starter is turning the engine when you try to start it, then you must have left a wire off when you changed the starter or you put one back on the wrong terminal post.
