Could be a problem with an emission hose or part, or weak fuel pump of fuel pump relay

95 Honda Accord automatic. I recently bought it. Now, it wont turn over & start. It sounds like it wants to but then doesn't. Also recently, water or liquid is coming out of passenger side floor area, sometimes driver side too. Now the whole floor is basically wet The not starting just started happening.
