1999 Honda Accord Ex blows white smoke when stepping on the accelerator.

Asked by reckless22 Apr 30, 2015 at 12:08 AM about the 1999 Honda Accord EX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I already had a problem with my car over heating, so I took it to a shop where they supposedly fixed my problem. They said they did a radiator flush and changed my head gasket because it was cracked. They said they did a test drive and everything was ok, but now I have this problem. Every time I accelerate white smoke comes out of my exhaust and my speed decreases so I can't go faster then 30mph. help me please

Agree with tennisshoes,do a compression check ,sound,s like they just put gasket on,and did not have the head checked.
