Have a 99 accord ex v6 changed timing belt but now doesn't want to turn on

Maybe you just flooded the engine. Wait a few hours and try it again. Are you sure the belt is not off one tooth?

Hi thanks for answering. Yes I left the car res 2 days I rotated the engine manually and find out just now it's of time.
